Joseph Teo Chin Seng 張振成 (CEO) Joseph Teo is the founder of FHL Capital. He was awarded Public Service Commission Scholarship to pursue his first degree (2nd Upper Class Honours, 1992) in National University of Singapore, majoring in Microbiology - Genetic Engineering. In 1996, Joseph left the public service to pursue his illustrious career in Financial Service (Life Insurance) industry with Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (GEL). He was awarded the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) titles from the Singapore College of Insurance in 2001. Joseph had also consistently achieved the Million Dollar Round Table, Court of Table (COT) awards of the life insurance industry since 2000. He was also appointed by GEL to be the Chairman of its ALPS from 2002 to 2006. During his tenure with GEL, Joseph managed a clientele of about 100-150. His clientele comprised of mainly high income earning professionals and businessmen, with an average annual income of at least S$250K – S$300K. He had been actively managing their personal and family wealth since 2001.
Simon Teo Sin Min 張新民 (Director) Simon Teo joined FHL Capital in 2013, carrying with him 20+ years of working experience in Singapore real estate industries. During the course of projects undertaken by Simon, he dealt with various professional service providers in building industries and regulatory authorities. He has extensive network in Singapore real estate industries and maintains excellent relationship with the buildings’ owners. Simon provides valuable inputs to FHL with regards to all aspects of real estate and building management. He also assisted FHL in assembling a team of professional real estate service providers so as to execute FHL’s investment strategies upon successful acquisition of the target real estate. Simon is the elder brother of Joseph Teo.
